About Our Practice

Welcome to our Practice

We provide comprehensive dental services for all ages. Our team of doctors, headed by Dr. Colin Au, can take care of just about all of your dental needs.

Dr. Colin Au is an experienced and highly trained general dentist who takes care of our patients’ routine needs as well as providing them with first-rate cosmetic and restorative services. Also providing care at our practice is Dr. Scott Dault, periodontist, who treats gum recession and severe gum disease, and places dental implants.

Friendly and knowledgeable dentistry

You’ll always receive a friendly welcome when you visit our comfortable office.

The keynote of our practice is friendly, knowledgeable service. We are here for you, and will always take the time to listen to you and explain treatment thoroughly. Dr. Au believes in only treating what needs to be treated and never pushes unnecessary dentistry. He works with each patient on his or her goals for their oral health and smile, giving them budgetary options.

Comfortable, gentle and relaxing care

Your comfort is our concern, and we provide various comfort amenities as well as friendly service, and reassurance when you need it. Comfort amenities include headphones, iPads, blankets and refreshments.

We take steps to make sure all our patients are well informed.

Patients can often expect a follow-up call from the office after treatment to make sure that they are doing well and not experiencing pain. While in the office, we know how to keep your dental work pain-free, giving unnoticeable injections and providing the right amount of anesthesia to keep you comfortable during your entire treatment.

High-tech dentistry

The last decade has seen huge advancements in dental technology, making dentistry more accurate and efficient than ever. Dr. Au is a firm believer in using technology throughout his practice and continuously upgrades the technology and procedures he uses in order to provide the best possible experience for his patients.

State-of-the-art Sterilization Equipment

Sterilization room

We use the latest sterilization equipment to be able to deliver the highest standard of care.

Strict hygiene and sterilization protocols are essential to guaranteeing your safety while receiving dental treatment. To make sure we can deliver the highest quality of care possible, we have equipped our office with the most modern sterilization technology available.

Our high-tech equipment includes the Scican Hydrim G4 Instrument Washer, a state-of-the-art sterilization and decontamination unit that ensures that all our dental instruments are completely clean and disinfected before every procedure. We use ultrasonic equipment to remove any microorganisms and debris, and we use sterilized water during all our procedures.

Our staff follows a strict checklist of procedures and duties on a daily and weekly basis to keep our office up to the highest standards of cleanliness, allowing us to deliver optimum dental care with maximum safety for our patients.

Missing teeth? We have the solution

One of the most exciting developments in dentistry is dental implant technology. Dental implants are titanium posts used to replace tooth roots, and are attached to new teeth such as crowns, dentures and dental bridges.

Dental implants have been around since the 1970s, but it’s only been in recent years that they have become fully accessible to the majority of patients. Dr. Au and his associate, Dr. Dault, embrace the newest technology in dental implants, bringing minimally invasive implants to our patients for replacement teeth that look, feel and act like natural teeth.
